Can you have a Shibumi on Myrtle Beach?

Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach allow only traditional umbrellas between Memorial Day and Labor Day. (Shibumi beach shades are allowed after Labor Day). Horry County, SC allows only traditional umbrellas year round.
