Can you keep the Emirates first class headphones?

No you can't. Cabin crew usually collect the headsets and blankets at the end of the flight so that passengers will not take it. But then again, Emirates is not that strict on this kind of stuff. They will not penalize you if you found one lying around and take it home as a souvenir.

If you are talking about the earbuds that airlines hand out, yes, you are expected to keep those, and if you don't, the airline will throw them away. But if you are talking about the real on-ear or over-ear headphones, no, it would be stealing to take those with you.

MORE DETAILS

Depends on the airline. Unless the flight attendant specifically tell passengers to not take the blanket, often attendants don't care even as a passenger walk out the plane with the blanket in their hands. If you really need the blanket, just take it. Some people might call it theft, but it's really not a big deal.
