Can you leave Toy Story parking and come back?

You're welcome to enter and exit as often as you like during operating hours, so long as you hang on to your theme park ticket for re-entry.

When you park at one of the Disneyland Resort parking structures/lots, you can certainly leave and return throughout the day and only pay once. Simply keep your parking receipt ticket so you can show it to the lot attendant when you return later in the day.

Parking for recreational and oversized vehicles is available at the Toy Story Parking Area. Follow signs to available entrances from South Harbor Boulevard, West Katella Avenue and South Haster Street.

There is only ONE public entrance to the Toy Story Parking Lot, and that is off Harbor Blvd near the Convention Center. The entrance on Katella is for access to the Employee (Cast Member) parking lot, and you need a special pass to enter using that gate. The walk is shorter going directly to the Disneyland Resort.

Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the Disney lots except for Hotel Guests, and these people are given a permit to display in their car. So security would have the right to tow any other car.

Yes it is very safe to walk to and from the Disneyland park at night. The street and sidewalks are very well lit and there are always several people out and about coming and going from Disneyland.
