Can you park anywhere in London for free?

If you're comfortable driving into London, you can park for free on Saturday and Sunday at Westminster, on Storey's Gate and surrounding roads. Single yellow lines and certain bays are fine, obviously check when you're there. I park there regularly on Saturday and never have a problem finding a space.

You can't park on single yellow lines during the hours of control. For single yellow lines in Westminster controlled hours are generally 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday. Specific times vary by location. Outside of these times you can park unless there are kerb markings.
