Can you park at a Disney Resort and use the transportation?

Yes. All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.

So, complimentary standard self-parking is available to guests while they are there to enjoy Resort dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation experiences. It is not allowed for guests who are not staying at the Resort to park and use other means to enter the Parks.

We park at the park we plan to end the day at;usually Epcot since we often eat there or at a Boardwalk restaurant. Much much easier at the end of the day to have a car than to line up for crowded and very slow buses/boats. I say it depends on where you stay and proximity to the parks.
