Can you park at the BoardWalk without a reservation?

This means you may not park at any of the BoardWalk area resort hotels without a dining reservation; the security Cast Member will ask to see the reservation in your My Disney Experience Mobile app as you approach the parking booth. There is no public parking at Disney's BoardWalk.

In 2026, parking at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas is strictly regulated due to its proximity to Epcot. You generally cannot park there without a confirmed resort stay or a dining reservation (such as at Flying Fish or Trattoria al Forno). Security guards at the entrance kiosk will scan your MagicBand or check your photo ID against the daily reservation list. If you just want to "walk the BoardWalk" or visit the Jellyrolls piano bar, you will likely be turned away from the self-parking lot. However, you can utilize Valet Parking (approx. $33–$40 in 2026) even without a reservation, as this is a paid service, though it is still subject to availability. The best "free" alternative in 2026 is to park at Disney Springs and take a bus to the BoardWalk, or park at a theme park (if you have a pass) and walk over from Epcot’s International Gateway. Be aware that during peak times like the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, parking restrictions at the BoardWalk are enforced with zero exceptions to prevent "festival-goers" from using the resort lot as a shortcut to the park entrance.
