As of 2026, Siam Park in Tenerife has moved toward a predominantly cashless system to improve efficiency and guest security, but cash is still technically accepted at the main entrance ticket booths. Once inside the park, however, cash is significantly less useful. Most guests use a "Cashless Wristband" which can be topped up at the ticket office or specific stations throughout the park using a credit or debit card. These wristbands allow you to pay for lockers, towels, and food at the Floating Market without carrying a wallet in your swimwear. While you might find a few small snack kiosks that still take Euro bills, the park strongly encourages digital payments or the wristband system. For parking (currently €7) and certain "Fast Pass" purchases, cards are the preferred method. For the most stress-free experience, travelers are advised to bring a waterproof phone pouch with a digital wallet or a physical card, as the days of "wet paper money" at the bar are largely over at this world-class waterpark.
