Mixed-gender housing provides program participants, based on availability, the option to live and roommate link with whomever they choose, regardless of their sex or gender identity. You could be placed in a mixed-gender apartment unit and/OR a shared mixed-gender bedroom.

If you request payroll deduction, rent will be automatically deducted weekly from your paycheck*. This cost includes utilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, water, waste disposal and electricity (with a cap). Rent for 2023 ranges from $191 to $246 per week depending on the type of apartment you live in during your program.

Every Disney College Program intern must have full availability for work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Participants can expect to work 30-50 hours a week. During peak season, Disney may expect their interns to work more than 50 hours a week.
