Can you pick your roommates for Disney College Program?

Only the leader may designate housing preferences. Roommate linking is only available during the initial 72-hour DORMS registration window for your select arrival date.

Yes, you can request a specific roommate for the Disney College Program (DCP), but the process is subject to several conditions in 2026. Roommate matching is managed through the DORMS (Disney On-site Resident Management System). To successfully link with another participant, both individuals must have the exact same arrival and departure dates and must both be of the same gender (unless opting for a pre-arranged gender-neutral housing group). During the DORMS registration period, you can enter your preferred roommate's "Roommate ID" or full name to create a link. Both parties must "accept" the request for it to be valid. While Disney makes every effort to honor these requests, they are not guaranteed, and placement depends on the availability of apartments at Flamingo Crossings Village. If you do not have a specific person in mind, the DORMS system uses a personality and lifestyle questionnaire to help match you with others who have similar living habits regarding cleanliness, sleep schedules, and guest preferences.
