Can you refund Trainline ticket if not used?

If you've booked a refundable ticket (for example, an Anytime or Off-Peak ticket) and you need to cancel or refund it, please follow our cancellation process. You can refund unused Anytime and Off-Peak tickets up to 28 days after the expiry of the ticket.

With Anytime Returns the outward part is valid for 5 days from the date shown on your ticket, and the return for 1 month. Anytime Day tickets are only valid on the date shown.
