Yes, as long as your theme park ticket remains valid, you may cancel and book new theme park reservations on dates valid for your ticket and that still have reservation availability. (If you are using 1-day tickets, here is information about dates that different 1-day tickets are valid.
Note, a theme park reservation may be canceled up until 11:59 PM the day before the reservation. If you are unable to make it to a reservation on the day of the reservation, you will need to wait until midnight that day for the reservation to expire before you use the same ticket to book a new reservation.
