For 2023 guest privileges, your 2022 spending is the deciding factor. If you didn't spend at least $75,000 on your card last year, you cannot bring complimentary guests into the lounge from now on. These spending requirements reset each calendar year.

The Centurion® Lounges:U.S. Platinum Card® and U.S. Business Platinum Card® Members will be charged a $50 USD fee for each guest (or $30 USD for children aged 2 through 17) or rate comparable in the currency of the country where the lounge is located (not to exceed $50 USD).
Guest access is per Card Member, not per Card. Family or guests may not enter or remain in the lounge unless accompanied in the lounge by the Card Member.
