Can you skip Disney lines if you have ADHD?

FastPass+ is your ticket to skip some of the lengthier Standby lines, and when you're trying to keep your trip efficient for a guest with ADHD, they can be a real help.

While Disney does not allow you to "skip" lines, guests with ADHD may qualify for the Disability Access Service (DAS), which provides a virtual wait time instead of standing in a physical queue. As of a major 2024–2026 policy update, DAS is now primarily intended for guests with "developmental disabilities such as autism or similar" that prevent them from waiting in a standard line for an extended period. During a mandatory live video interview with a Cast Member, you must explain how your ADHD specifically impacts your ability to wait in a traditional queue. If approved, you can select an attraction in the Disney app and receive a "return time" based on the current standby wait (e.g., if the line is 60 minutes, you can return in 60 minutes). You are free to rest, eat, or visit other low-wait areas until your time arrives. Note that for 2026, the DAS party size is limited to the registered guest and up to three additional members, and Disney has become significantly more restrictive in granting this service, often suggesting that those with ADHD utilize the paid Lightning Lane Multi Pass or other sensory-break areas instead.
