Miami Beach law: A smoking ban on city beaches and public parks went into effect in January 2023. Violating the law could lead to fines — $100 for a first offense and $200 for a second offense within a 12-month period — or even arrests at the discretion of Miami Beach police with a penalty of up to 60 days in jail.
