Can you stay as long as you want in Winter Wonderland?

Tickets sell out especially at weekends and evenings so we recommend that you book ahead. Please note that tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. As well as the rides, shows and entertainment, an important part of Winter Wonderland is its food and drink. A focal point for many revellers is the Bavarian Village.

Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is recommended. Timberland type boots or Wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear.

I'd recommend wearing a hat, scarf, gloves and a warm waterproof coat. At the Bar Ice or The Magical Ice Kingdom presents A Christmas Carol, you'll find it particularly chilly at a frosty -10°C (14°F)… brrr!
