Unfortunately, there isn't an option to visit for a half or partial day. I would suggest that you consider adding another day to your existing ticket if a theme park reservation is available for the half-day you would like to visit.

I've done Magic Kingdom and Epcot in half days. The key is to hit up the park either first thing for early magic hours or later for late magic hours...otherwise you risk the possibility of crowds. And you would need to see which park offers it.

yes, in my opinion. Still great anytime though. I just love the lighting at night. I only know what I've been told by a VIP guide and that guide confirmed that, yes, the ride does in fact get sped up after dark!
