As of early 2026, you cannot technically "swim" with dolphins in the traditional freestyle sense at EPCOT, but you can participate in the EPCOT Seas Adventures — Dolphins in Depth encounter. This 2-hour program allows guests to enter the water with the dolphins, but the interaction is restricted to waist-deep water where you stand or wade rather than swim. It is an intimate experience limited to about eight guests per day, providing a backstage look at the care, training, and research conducted at The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion. Participants get to spend approximately 30 minutes in the water interacting with the dolphins under the guidance of marine mammal specialists. While a bathing suit is required, you do not need to be SCUBA-certified or a strong swimmer to participate. However, it is important to note that Disney recently announced a temporary closure of this program starting in late 2025 for facility maintenance and animal care updates, so you should check the My Disney Experience app for the most current 2026 availability.
