Can you take phones on Tron?

There are lockers ? but keep your phone with you: Here's why "All items must be placed either in a locker before you board your Lightcycle, or in a small compartment located on the attraction vehicle that can hold items such as cellphones, glasses or wallets," according to Disney Parks Blog.

On TRON Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom, you are permitted to bring your phone onto the ride, but it must be properly secured. Unlike larger bags and loose items, which must be placed in the double-sided, complimentary lockers provided mid-queue, small items like cell phones, glasses, and wallets can be stored in a specialized small compartment located directly on the Lightcycle vehicle. This compartment is found between the handlebars of your individual cycle. It is designed to keep these essentials safe during the high-speed launch and sharp turns of the 59 mph coaster. While the ride is intense, the compartment is secure, allowing you to have your phone immediately available for photos the moment you step off the grid.
