In my opinion, you can absolutely fit everything you want to do in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in one day, even without Express Passes. You just need to be strategic about your itinerary!

You will probably spend a max of 10 mins exposed outside. Even if it's raining I'd suggest leave coats in transport or cloakroom. It's not worth carrying for better part of 5 hours. It's studio lighting inside so does get fairly warm.

It's warm enough for the most part, but there is a bit that's outside that you'll want them for. I've done the tour twice and (Oct and Jan) and had my coat with me both times. It's comfortable, but I wouldn't say it's overly warm indoors... it's a large hanger after all. Helpful?

That said, Wizarding World (like most of the rides at Universal Studios) is probably best suited for kids 7 & up. Kids who are already well-versed in all things Potter will have the best time since every nook and cranny is inspired by J.K. Rowling's sprawling imagination.

There are sample seats outside of the ride that you can try. I'm a bigger person, and I just barely fit in the seats. This has been an issue for other guests too, and they actually offer some modified seats now.

Things to consider: There is A LOT of walking around. We were there for just over SIX HOURS, and most of that was walking. There is a fair amount of queuing as well (see tip two!).
