No, you cannot transfer Emirates miles to another airline. However, you can use your Emirates miles to book flights on JetBlue or transfer points from your credit card with transferrable points (like American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards®, Capital One miles or Citi ThankYou points) to Emirates.
