There are ferries between Maui and Lanai and Molokai, but it's over 100 miles between Kauai and Oahu, and only slightly less than that between Oahu and Maui. If a ferry goes at about 20 knots or so, it'll take 3–4 hours to do a crossing, even in good weather.
