A 16-17 Saver Railcard can be used at any time for Standard Peak tickets and Off-Peak travel in England and Wales. There is no minimum fare for travel during Peak times, like some other Railcards. You can't use a 16-17 Saver Railcard on ScotRail, Caledonian Sleeper, or Eurostar services, or on First Class tickets.
