Can you use lightning lane during not-so-scary Halloween party?

While you may be able to purchase Disney Genie+ and get some Lightning Lane entrances to use before the fun starts at around 9:00 PM, Lightning Lane entrances aren't in use during the event itself. Frankly, based on my experience, it really isn't necessary, especially at the end of the night.
