Can you use pool at Disney Resort before check in?

Can I use the pool before official check-in time? No problem. As long as you're registered at the hotel and have checked in at the front desk or online, you can start using the resort amenities as soon as you arrive on site, even if your room is not yet ready.

Please note that Disney Resort hotel pools are only available to Guests staying at the hotel and most require a MagicBand or room key card for access.

If you don't check in before you go to the parks, your tickets and your dining plan will not work. If you have a ROOM ONLY reservation, you do NOT need to check in before you go to the parks. Since your tickets aren't attached to a room, they are already “activated” and you can head to the parks whenever you are ready.
