The Disney World theme parks do not have any refillable mugs, and your resort refillable mugs will not work in the parks. Both water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) do, however, have a refillable mug option.

They give you unlimited refills during your length of stay. We always find that they are a great value for my family. The wonderful thing about them is that you can use them at ANY Walt Disney World Resort hotel during your stay, so if you plan on doing a little Resort hopping, you won't go thirsty!
Thanks for stopping by as you prepare to hit the slopes at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Guests are permitted to bring in outside food and nonalcoholic beverages, provided they are not in glass containers, into Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks.
You are welcome to wear water shoes during your visit to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Since the pavement can get quite hot, you will definitely want to have some type of foot protection when you walk between water attractions.
If you have a child between the ages of 5-12, Blizzard Beach is by far the winner in my book. BB's Ski Patrol Training Camp has experiences aimed specifically at the elementary school set that Typhoon Lagoon can't match.
Both of the Disney water parks are totally great for kids, but Blizzard Beach has more specifically for kids. While you could call the kiddie play areas—Ketchakiddee and Tike's Peak—equal, Blizzard Beach has a large area dedicated to pre-teens called Ski Patrol Training Camp.
Towels are provided at both water parks for a rental fee of $2 each. (these are current prices and subject to change) If you are a Guest staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts, towels are complimentary with a valid MagicBand.
Where Blizzard Beach excels more than Typhoon Lagoon is in its slide and raft ride lineup. Blizzard Beach inarguably has better slides and raft rides than Typhoon Lagoon. Its lineup is much more diverse, with slides ranging from family friendly racers to the intense (and scary even for adults like me!) Summit Plummet.
