Can you walk from EPCOT Skyliner to monorail?

Unfortunately, there's no way to walk between these two stations without walking through EPCOT.



Technically, you can walk between the two, but in 2026, it requires entering the park and walking roughly 1.2 miles. The EPCOT Skyliner station is located at the International Gateway (the "back" of the park between the United Kingdom and France pavilions), while the EPCOT Monorail station is located at the Main Entrance (the "front" of the park near Spaceship Earth). If you do not have a valid park ticket, you cannot walk from the Skyliner to the Monorail because there is no external path that connects the two sides of the park. For guests without tickets, the only way to connect is by taking a Disney bus or a rideshare between locations. If you do have a ticket, the walk takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace and the crowds in World Showcase. This journey is often used by guests staying at the BoardWalk or Yacht & Beach Club resorts who want to use the Monorail to travel to Magic Kingdom after starting their day at EPCOT.

If you want to take the monorail, you need to walk from the Boardwalk to the back entrance of EPCOT. You have to walk to the front entrance of EPCOT and take the monorail there. That is sbout 20 minutes. You do not need to use the monorail if you do not want too.
