Can you wear a skirt to an amusement park?

It is not impractical to wear a skirt to a theme park. I would wear a skirt to a theme park if I felt comfortable in one and it fit the weather conditions. It would depend on the style of the skirt and the rides you go on. A mini skirt should be no problem but a flowing skirt there maybe a problem.
