Can you wear flip flops at Universal Studios?

It depends on what you find comfortable, flips flops also good on water rides as they dry fast, also I find sneakers, trainers too hot when we are there July/August, . You can wear flip flops but with some of the coasters, it's really not too smart because you take the chance of losing them.

People Also Ask

A lot of people just take them off and sit on them during the ride. You can usually put your flip flops off to the side or some people sit on them where there is a danger of them flying off - the ones where your feet dangle - but not an issue on something like Rock N Roller Coaster.

Most of these rides allow you to safely store items that can fit in your pocket or small fanny pack that can tuck under your shirt. However, all other large items (purses, camera bags, backpacks, etc.) must go inside the ride locker.

For this reason, we typically recommend you plan to bring a fanny pack, so you can skip these lockers! For guests who only have fanny packs, you must move the fanny pack around your waist (so no wearing it as a sling bag), but once it's firmly around your waist, you can hop on most rides with it.

Now that I know what I am skipping I can usually get through this park in 3-4 hours and feel satisfied. Note that involves choosing to not see things again I've seen. You may feel cheated if this is your first time.
