Larry Ellison sells Cal Neva Resort in Tahoe to Denver-based developer McWhinney. The famed Cal Neva resort in Lake Tahoe has been purchased by a Denver-based real estate firm that plans to renovate and reopen it as a Proper-branded hotel.
