My conclusion on the A330 is that, it is a very safe airplane but because of its wing design, any turbulence tends to be more pronounced than, for instance, on a Boeing 777.
Which plane is better: Airbus A330 or Boeing 777? From me as a passenger, I fly in both these models regularly. The B777 is much bigger than the A330, and will be found on longer haul routes, but often both models can be found on the same route.
