Do all train stations in Tokyo have lockers?

You can expect them at major train stations in Japan, and you may find them at smaller train stations too. And you will find TONS of coin lockers at Tokyo Station.

Virtually every train and subway station in the Tokyo metropolitan area is equipped with coin-operated or IC card-operated lockers, though the quantity and size availability vary significantly. In massive hubs like Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Tokyo Station, you will find thousands of lockers spread across multiple floors, ranging from small "handbag" sizes to "extra-large" suitcases. However, because Tokyo is so densely populated and attracts millions of tourists, these lockers—especially the large ones—often fill up by mid-morning. Smaller, neighborhood stations on the outskirts might only have a single bank of ten small lockers. Modern lockers in Tokyo are highly advanced and typically accept "Suica" or "Pasmo" cards for payment, which also act as your digital "key." If you find that all lockers are full, many major stations also have "Baggage Storage" counters (often run by Sagawa or Yamato Transport) where you can pay a flat fee to have staff store your bags in a secure room.
