It might sound far-fetched, but cruises that let fans get up close and personal with celebrities (dubbed theme or fan cruises) are actually quite common. A number of cruise lines have teamed up with big names to offer special sailings for devotees.

On European cruises, the passenger mix is more international. Most are experienced travelers who are looking for an above-average mainstream cruise line experience.

Guests are mostly couples, sophisticated and affluent with an average age of 55. On shorter cruises and those in the Caribbean you'll find some guests in their 30s & 40s. More than half of the guests will be from North America.
Living QuartersA performer will most likely have at least one roommate. The headlining acts and solo performers will have single cabins, while smaller ensemble members and dancers will be in double cabins. Cabins are located in the front of the ship on the bottom levels and are usually smaller than passenger's cabins.

But we were sailing while school was in session. There are a lot more kids on Celebrity (not as many as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, etc.but more) in summer when school is out. She loved it so much we're doing our next Celebrity cruise together in March and she's already crossing off days on her calendar!
