Do Disney annual passes work for both parks?

Annual pass holders can enter any theme park on any day after 2 p.m. without a reservation, with the exception of Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays. If they plan to visit Magic Kingdom on weekends (or visit any park on any day before 2 p.m.), they will still need reservations.

As of 2026, there is no single "Disney Annual Pass" that covers both Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. The two resorts operate completely separate annual pass programs: Magic Key for Disneyland in California and the Annual Passholder program for Walt Disney World in Florida. If you want year-round access to both coasts, you would need to purchase a Magic Key and a Disney World Annual Pass separately. Within each resort, however, the pass does work for all parks at that location. In Florida, an annual pass grants admission to all four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom), subject to your pass tier's block-out dates and the "Good-to-Go" day system. In California, a Magic Key provides access to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. It is important to note that while the "Disney Premier Passport" once offered dual-coast access, it was discontinued years ago and has not been reinstated in the current 2026 ticketing structure.
