Do Disney buses cost money?

All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.

The Walt Disney World monorail is completely free, and is open for any guest to ride without a ticket. Just know that you may have to pay for parking if you're looking to park and ride.

Disney Shuttles Disneyland transportation is free when you park at either Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure or Toy Story Parking Lot. Shuttle service is offered at the Toy Story Parking Lot to transport guests from the lot to the park entrance.

Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverage items into the park for self-consumption, provided they are not in glass containers and do not require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration or temperature control and do not have pungent odors.

Guests are welcome to carry a bag or backpack with them into the theme parks. The maximum allowable bag size is 24 by 18 by 15. All Guests and their bags will undergo a security screening process prior to entering the theme parks and Disney Springs.

Neither is cost-effective or all that appealing, especially when you add on that $17 parking fee. The cost for Uber from Caribbean Beach Resort to Universal Orlando Resort's guest drop-off zone in the morning was $14.31. The cost on the way back (during rush hour) heading directly to Epcot was $15.92.

Standard self-parking is complimentary for day Guests while they enjoy select dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation experiences at Disney Resort hotels. Complimentary standard parking is available to Guests staying at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

If you're a family of five, this means a five dollar tip for your housekeeper each day. You're supposed to leave the tip separately each day, rather than at the end of your stay, because there likely will be different people cleaning your room over the course of your visit.

Give $5-$10 for Bell Services if you require help with your luggage. This would also apply when you give your luggage to Bell Services for safe keeping while you explore the resort, go to a park or Disney Springs. Once we get to the resort, we hand over all of our luggage luggage to Bell Services and give them $5-$10.

The standard line is that Disney buses run about every 20 minutes. In practice, this could be as often as every five minutes or as infrequently as every 30 minutes, depending on the time of day and crowd levels at Walt Disney World.

Does that mean you can arrive to the park later? We don't recommend it. Even if you can't participate in Early Theme Park Entry, we still recommend you get to the park around 60 minutes before Early Theme Park Entry (or around 90 minutes before the park opens to all guests).
