Epcot comes with a significant number of character meet and greets. There are several Epcot characters that are unique to the park, but there are still plenty that can be found in other parks. So, don't feel like you need to get your meet and greet groove on when you are here. You can afford to be choosy if needed.
At EPCOT, you can find Mickey at the entrance to the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival (next to Journey into Imagination with Figment). Mickey dons his classic red pants and black suit jacket.

Elsa & Anna are greeting guests daily in their summer cabin, Royal Sommerhus. Available from 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM daily. As you make your way into EPCOT, stop and visit with some Disney Pals in World Celebration near Spaceship Earth. Meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto as they rotate out every 30 minutes or so.
If you want to find Mary Poppins in the Theme Parks, then Epcot is the best place to do that because she meets daily in the United Kingdom pavilion in World Showcase.
