Do Disney cruises have free water?

I'm so glad you thought to sail our way with your question. It's about time for you to step onboard the ship! I'm happy to share that drinking water is free and available in many locations around the ship.

Disney Cruise Line provides several ways to access free, high-quality drinking water on every ship. While they sell premium bottled water (like Evian) for a fee, you can find complimentary filtered water at the 24-hour beverage stations located on the pool decks, as well as at all sit-down restaurants and buffet areas. The tap water in your stateroom is also technically safe and filtered, as cruise ships use sophisticated desalination and reverse osmosis systems that often exceed shoreside municipal standards. Many seasoned cruisers recommend bringing a reusable water bottle from home to fill up at the beverage station throughout the day to avoid the high cost of individual plastic bottles. Additionally, if you order water at any of the bars or lounges, they will provide a glass of ice water for free. For those with infants, you can also request distilled water for formula through your stateroom host. In 2026, Disney continues to emphasize sustainability, so you will find more "refill stations" across the fleet, particularly on newer ships like the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure.
