Do dogs feel secure in crates? Crate training can give dogs a sense of security and give owners more peace of mind.
Is it okay if I leave my dog home alone for 8 hours and 5 days a week?
If possible, dogs older than 6 months should not be left alone for longer than 4 hours at a time. If this is difficult, the absolute maximum time for them to be alone is 8 hours, but this is only recommended if your dog has a way to get outside for a bathroom break.
Is it better to leave dog in crate or out?
When you're at home, make sure your woof spends lots of time in their safe space so they will feel completely comfurrtable in it when you're gone. Impawtant Note: While it's common for dogs to sleep in crates at night, we don't recommend that you keep your dog in a crate for more than a couple hours during the day.
