Despite the multimillion-dollar price tag of their homes, Golden Oak residents do not get free unlimited admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks. While the community is located on Disney property and developed by Disney, it is essentially a high-end gated neighborhood rather than an "all-inclusive" resort. Residents are required to purchase their own theme park tickets or Annual Passes like any other guest. However, they do enjoy a "gold standard" suite of exclusive benefits through the Golden Oak Club. These perks typically include access to "Extra Magic Hours" (now Early Theme Park Entry), a dedicated Resident Services team for booking dining and tours, and private transportation to the parks. Residents also have access to the Summerhouse, a private clubhouse with its own pool, fitness center, and restaurant. While their residency grants them proximity and a high level of personalized service, the "mouse" still requires them to pay the standard admission fees to enter the Magic Kingdom or Epcot for a day of fun.
