Do I need Genie Plus for each family member?

There is no paper-based or non-phone way to use Genie+. Genie+ is sold on a per-person basis, not per family. If you want everyone in your family to have access to Genie+ reservations, make sure you select each family member when you're buying Genie+ that day.
