Tracks 5-16 can be accessed from the Train Hall main concourse, and Tracks 1-4 are available at Penn Station. Moynihan Train Hall houses the main Amtrak and Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) boarding concourse, while Penn Station houses the NJ TRANSIT concourse.
