Do Medal of Honor recipients get free airfare?

Enlisted recipients receive a special supplemental uniform allowance. Medal of Honor recipients are eligible for free travel on DOD military aircraft as Category-III priority “Space-A” travelers. This benefit is subject to whether seats are available, hence the “Space-A” designation.
