Do pass holders get free parking Downtown Disney?

A parking fee is incurred for the first hour, but you can enjoy an additional three hours of free parking with a purchase validation from Downtown Disney or five hours with validation from a Downtown Disney table-service restaurant. Don't forget to check for available reservations if you plan on dining there!
