Do Swan and Dolphin guests get extra magic hours?

Walt Disney World Resort has re-branded Extra Magic Hours. They are now known as Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. Guests of Walt Disney World Dolphin, Swan, and Swan Reserve hotels are invited to participate in Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.

Note that Swan and Dolphin Resort guests do not have MagicBand hotel benefits, such as including your MagicBand acting as a room key or using it to charge to your room. If you're repeat Disney World visitors, you can link your tickets to a MagicBand from a previous trip to tap into the park and FastPass touch points.

Early Theme Park Entry is Walt Disney World's newest iteration of what was formerly known as Extra Magic Hours and is available daily. Extended Evening Hours are available on select nights at select theme parks for guests staying at Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select resorts.

Swan and Dolphin are considered Deluxe and a added benefit is they get the deluxe hours for their perspective park which is EPCOT so you'll get extra 2 hours on select nights, call and ask them about it.

What is this? Magic Bands were provided to every guest staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel at no additional charge through the end of 2020. Starting in 2021, guests can purchase a Magic Band if they want to use one during their stay. So unfortunately, Magic Bands are no longer free.
