In general, the Underground trains run from around 5:00 - 5:30 am until the last train leaves around Midnight,(exact times will vary and are listed on the Transport for London website).

UBER | Ubers are a cheap taxi into Central London from Heathrow. Most rides cost around £35-40, but you have to call for a driver once you're outside of arrivals and then wait for 10-15 minutes as they enter the airport and come up through into a parking garage.
Ticket and faresTravel on the Elizabeth line costs £12.80 at all times of the day, for a journey to or from Heathrow airport, where that journey starts, ends or goes through Zone 1. Single journey tickets and Zones 1-6 Travelcards can be purchased from airport station ticket machines.
The fares on the central section of the Elizabeth line (Paddington to Liverpool Street) are the same as the fares on London Underground in Zone 1. So travelling from Paddington to Liverpool Street would cost you £2.80 – the same as the Tube.
The £19 billion Elizabeth line railway will open seven days a week and offer more direct journeys from Sunday. Services in the tunnels across London have previously been suspended almost every Sunday since the line opened on May 24 to allow more testing to take place.
While traveling late at night has its risks, riding the Night Tube is relatively safe. The platforms are patrolled by the British Transport Police all through the night. The stations also have employees posted at service stations.
