Do workers live on Castaway Cay?

The majority of our island crew live and work on Castaway Cay for the duration of a contract. A small number of crew living in Abaco travel to/from work each day. During non-working hours, crew members enjoy dedicated crew amenities and natural scenery on the island.

If you want to escape the crowds and get some AMAZING photo ops on Castaway Cay! All you have to do is come early and stay late. The first and last hours on the island are the least crowded (by far). Get off the ship as soon as they allow passengers off.
