So, to convert your LUV vouchers to travel credits:
  1. Find random flight(s) that costs the amount of your LUV voucher before taxes.
  2. Pay the taxes & fees with a credit card (they won't let you apply your voucher)
  3. Cancel the flight.
  4. Refund the taxes/fees to your credit card, & refund the vouchers as a travel credit.
