Do you get charged for transferring miles?

Most domestic airlines charge a fee to transfer miles, but JetBlue, Hawaiian Airlines and Sun Country allow you to do it for free. There are some restrictions, though. Hawaiian Airlines: You can transfer points for free to anyone who has a Hawaiian Airlines credit card.
