Do you get luggage with Megabus?

Megabus does not check luggage or provide receipts for luggage transported on the bus by the passenger. Customers are advised that Megabus will accept up to ONE (1) piece of luggage per passenger reservation for all customers who purchase general seating tickets or standard reserved seats.

Baggage Rules Baggage that can be stored under a passenger's seat or on a passenger's lap, that will not protrude to another seat or otherwise interfere with other passengers, will be admitted at no charge.

Storing Items. Personal items such as a small bag or backpack must fit under the seat. Carry-on bags must be kept with you, and need to fit in the overhead racks or luggage tower. Most buses have baggage storage bins under the bus floor, and the bus driver will assist you.
