Do you get wet on the Frozen ride at EPCOT?

It features Frozen characters (Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and more!) and songs. It's told as a celebration (an Official Summer Snow Day) of the story in Frozen and features scenes inspired by that film. There isn't much else to say. The ride does have a backwards portion and you might get a little wet.

On the Frozen Ever After ride at EPCOT, the short answer is: yes, you might get slightly wet, but it is not a "water ride" in the traditional sense like Splash Mountain. The attraction is a slow-moving boat ride through Arendelle that features two small plunges: one short backward drop and one forward drop down a "waterfall." Depending on where you are seated in the boat—typically the front or the far edges—you may experience a light splash or "mist" during these transitions. Most guests find that a few drops of water land on their clothes or hair, but you will certainly not be "soaked." Because the ride takes place entirely indoors in a highly air-conditioned environment, many visitors appreciate the tiny bit of moisture as a refreshing break from the Florida heat. If you are carrying sensitive electronics, a simple tuck into a bag is sufficient protection; a poncho is generally considered overkill for this specific attraction.

For Splash, just take thin flip flops in a backpack, change shoes in line, put the sneaks and socks into a backpack, then change back after riding. If your entire group will each have their own backpack, perhaps one of you will have a lot less room than others and can dedicate that bag to store the shoes in.

In general, you should think of Epcot as a two-day park. There's so much to see and do that you really need a couple of days to enjoy everything without feeling like you're rushing through the park. But we recognize that most people can't or won't give two of their precious days at Disney to Epcot.
