Do you have to pay to get into EPCOT?

It is located adjacent to Disney's BoardWalk Inn, so the easiest way to access it is to park at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and let the cast member at the guard booth know that you are coming to spend some time on Disney's BoardWalk.
